1. Acceptance

By accessing uyield.finance or the UYield interface ("Interface"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

2. The Interface

UYield provides a non-custodial software front end that helps you interact with third-party smart contracts ("Vaults"). UYield does not custody assets, does not execute trades for you, and is not a broker, exchange, bank or investment adviser.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. The Interface is not available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you.

4. No advice / no offer

Nothing on the Interface is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset, or financial, legal or tax advice.

5. Risks

Using Vaults involves substantial risk of loss, including total loss. See our Risk disclosure.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Interface for unlawful activity, to violate sanctions, to interfere with the Interface, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

7. Intellectual property

UYield branding, design and Interface content are owned by U Yield LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, U YIELD LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND LIMITS LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
