FAQ

Questions,
answered.

Straight answers. No financial advice. Capital at risk; yields not guaranteed.

01What is UYield?

A non-custodial front door for curated on-chain vaults. UYield is not a bank, custodian, or financial adviser, and never holds your funds.

02What is FXRP?

FXRP is XRP represented on Flare Networks so it can be used in smart contracts there. Depositing FXRP into the vault is separate from moving XRP onto Flare Networks. Bridge and network risks are explained on the Risk page.

03Who does what on the first vault?

UYield is the product front door. Re7 is the curator (runs strategies inside the mandate). Flare Networks is the blockchain infrastructure for FXRP. IPOR is vault infrastructure with a policy engine and agentic tooling. IPOR is not the curator.

04What happens when I deposit FXRP?

You send FXRP from your wallet into the IPOR-based vault contract. Re7 deploys assets within on-chain policy limits. UYield never receives the assets.

05What strategies may be used?

Curator materials describe futures/basis, collateralized borrow into yield opportunities, and DeFi liquidity provisioning. Categories are not return promises. Allocations stay inside IPOR policy limits.

06How much will I earn?

Returns are not guaranteed and can be zero or negative. UYield does not publish APY or target-yield figures on marketing pages. When live, any rate shown will state method, date, and whether it is net of fees.

07Can I withdraw any time?

Withdrawals process on an interval-based cycle via the vault UI. Interval length is TBD and will be shown before deposit.

08Are there extra incentives?

Depositors may receive rFLR and/or IPOR platform incentives. Rates and eligibility are not published here and can change.

09Do you hold my assets?

No. UYield is non-custodial. Assets go to the vault smart contract. Curator materials also describe institutional custody tooling for strategy operations; custodians are not named on this site. See Risk.

10What fees will I pay?

Fee schedules are TBD until a dated term sheet and counsel review. Nothing is final until a dated term sheet and counsel review.

12What can go wrong?

Smart-contract bugs, curator or policy outcomes, FXRP/bridge and Flare Networks risks, market and funding moves, and withdrawal delays. You could lose some or all of your deposit. Full risk disclosure.
