Roles

UYield is a non-custodial software front door. Re7 is the vault curator. Flare Networks provides blockchain rails for FXRP. IPOR provides vault infrastructure (including a policy engine and vault smart contracts) and is not the curator.

Non-custodial interface

UYield is software that helps you interact with third-party vault smart contracts. UYield does not hold your funds and has no key that can move them. If you lose access to your wallet, UYield cannot recover your assets.

Market and strategy risk

Vault strategies may be exposed to market volatility, funding-rate changes, and spread compression. Curator materials describe active management of these exposures. Outcomes can still be zero or negative.

Strategy categories (not return promises)

Curator materials describe categories that may include futures/basis trades, collateralized borrow into yield opportunities, and DeFi liquidity provisioning. Listing a category is not a promise that any category will be used at any time, or that it will be profitable.

Curator and policy-engine limits

Vault activity is subject to on-chain policy limits on the vault infrastructure. Those limits restrict deployable strategies. They do not eliminate loss. Named curators manage parameters within those permissions and can underperform or lose money.

Smart-contract risk

Vaults and related contracts may contain bugs or be exploited. Audits reduce but do not eliminate this risk. UYield will not claim an audit it has not reviewed and linked. Do not assume Morpho or other third-party audit reports apply to this vault unless expressly confirmed and linked for the IPOR vault infrastructure in use.

Custody model

Curator materials describe institutional and qualified custodians providing multisig and DeFi-firewall wallet controls with KYC/KYT tooling. Custodians are not named on this site. UYield is not a custodian. Custody details remain subject to written confirmation.

Bridge / FXRP / Flare Networks risk

Using FXRP and operating on Flare Networks involves bridge, oracle, validator, and network risks separate from vault strategy risk.

Liquidity and withdrawal risk

Withdrawals are described as processed on an interval-based cycle via the vault UI. Interval length is not yet stated. Withdrawals may be delayed, batched, gated, or temporarily unavailable under vault rules or market stress.

Incentives

Depositors may receive additional incentives (for example rFLR or IPOR platform incentives). Incentive rates, eligibility, and duration are not published on marketing pages and can change or end.

Capacity and track record

Any capacity figure cited in curator materials is a target subject to change and is not verified by UYield. Track-record statistics from curator marketing are omitted from this site until counsel clears them.

Fees

Fee schedules (management, performance, and any partner split) are not final on this site. Commercial terms require a dated term sheet and counsel review before publication.

Regulatory and access risk

Laws change. The Interface may be unavailable where you live. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where it would be unlawful.
